We do not own, operate, manage, or control these Suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, performance, or failure to provide services.

2. Use of Website

This Website is provided for informational and booking request purposes only. You agree to use the Website for lawful purposes and not to misuse, copy, or distribute any content without permission.

4. Payments & Service Fees

• Deposits and final payments are governed by Supplier policies.
  
  

• Failure to make payments by required deadlines may result in cancellation without refund.
  
  

• Couture Reservations charges professional planning and service fees, which are non-refundable, regardless of trip cancellation or supplier refunds.
  
  

• By submitting payment, you authorize Couture Reservations to charge your selected payment method for approved services and bookings.
  
  

5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to individual Supplier terms and conditions.

• Penalties may be significant or total loss of funds may occur
  
  

• Couture Reservations has no control over Supplier refund timelines
  
  

• Refunds, when applicable, will be issued according to Supplier policies once received
  
  

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.

If you choose to decline travel insurance, you acknowledge and accept full financial responsibility for any losses incurred.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Couture Reservations is not responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal, or losses due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

8. Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks. By booking through Couture Reservations, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel, including illness, injury, delays, or loss.

We do not guarantee the safety, conditions, or suitability of any destination or Supplier.

9. Force Majeure

Couture Reservations is not liable for delays, changes, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
